Secure Email Server Settings Page


For all email clients, use these settings

Incoming Mail Server name (POP3 or IMAP): smail.plantitweb.com
Use clear text authentication
The Email username or account name is your full email address: (myuserid@mydomain.name)
Default port numbers: (110 for POP3 and 143 for IMAP)

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smail.plantitweb.com
My server reqiuires authentication (use same as incoming)
This server requires a secure connection SSL or TLS, if offered.
(If offered STARTTLS, select that option.)
SMTP port number is 587

Note:
You will be required to accept our server certificate. Older versions of Outlook would only store a
certificate if it was issued by an Exchange server. Therefore, you may have to reply yes each time
you load your email client.
